Meet the Founders
Apex Energy was founded by Daniel Patino and Edwin Valenzuela — co-founders born and raised on Long Island's East End. With over twenty years of combined experience in solar, construction, and home services across the Hamptons, they built Apex Energy with one goal: bring the quality of work that East End estates deserve to the families who live here.
Growing up in the Hamptons gave Daniel and Edwin something most solar companies can't replicate: a deep, lived understanding of this community. They know the architecture, the zoning quirks, the historic districts, and the people. They've watched mainland companies arrive, install, and leave — without ever really knowing the homes they worked on. Apex Energy was built to be the opposite.
Today, Daniel and Edwin lead a team that's entirely local — every member of the Apex Energy crew lives and works on the East End year-round. That means accountability, consistency, and a relationship that doesn't end when the install crew packs up. The result is a company that treats your property as one of its own.

Why We Only Serve the East End

Based in Hampton Bays
We work out of Hampton Bays, at the western gateway to the East End — close enough to reach Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor, and Montauk the same day. Every member of our crew lives out here year-round.
